Coaching @ GG Fit
At GG Fit, we focus on coaching staff in gyms and health clubs. We work towards personal, corporate, and FIA goals with all team members in the club, management, supervisors, and instructors. The main drivers for coaching are usually to increase company and personal performance and to improve motivation and personal development.

Assignments
GG Fit offers traditional coaching packages, based on number of team members and sessions (typically 8-12 sessions). A coaching session typically lasts 45 minutes, and is scheduled either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the individual.
